- The ComBus Quick Tester is designed to plug into the Johnson Controls N2 or MSTP bus as a Master Controller. It will test using the following sequence: Instrument Test Sequence 1. If you have an atf_test_admin role, you can use quick start tests to evaluate common Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) scenarios.

To execute quick start tests, activate the associated demo data plugin, and then create copies of the desired tests.
- Customer Service Management: activate the Customer Service Management Demo Data plugin (com.snc.customerservice.demo)
- Field Service Management: activate the Field Service Management Demo Data plugin (com.snc.work_management.demo)
These tests can be run as single tests or as a test suite. These tests impersonate specific demo users to test individual steps. For example, the FSM test impersonates John Jason, a user with the customer service agent role, to create a work order for a customer.

The CSM: Case Management test suite enables you to test case creation; case assignment, entitlements, escalation; special handling notes, and time recording features.
