Fallout 4 Nexus Mods Not Working 2019

Ok so yesterday I downloaded the latest version of NMM because it's been a while. I installed it but now every single time I launch it and load up a game, it says that something went wrong and it creates a trace log. I would post this trace log on the forums for NMM but apparently you need to pay to gain membership in those forums and I simply cannot do that. So I'm asking anyone out there, can you please read this trace log and see what's going on and what I can do to fix this?

Looking for a new experience in Fallout 4, but don't want to wait for the newest DLC? Modding the game may be your best option, but first you have to prepare it for modding.
Step 1)Download the Nexus Mod Manager.
Make sure you get the latest version, and that your game is updated to the latest version as well, most mods out there are geared specifically towards the latest version. Running an older version may cause issues or make the game completely unplayable if it starts crashing when trying to load these newer mods on the out of date game engine.

Step 2)Setup the paths where the Nexus Mod Manager will store the mod archives.
Once you start the mod manager for the first time it will scan your computer for games it supports, one of which will be Fallout 4. After this scan it will prompt you to set up a place to store these archives.It's usually a safe bet to keep everything as the defaults here and allow it to set this up itself.

Step 3) Download the mods you want off of the nexus website.
Bethesda has set up their own mod website, but this is mainly for Xbox users and barely a fraction of the PC mods have actually been ported over to it, where as the Nexus modding website has been around for many years. When you find a mod you want, simply go to the files tab and you'll see an option to download the main files of the mod using the manager.

Step 4) Enable the mod.
Find the downloaded mod in the Nexus Mod Manager and select it before clicking the enable check mark on the left hand side. This should enable it in game.

Step 5) Change your Fallout 4 .ini files.
The last thing you're going to need to do is enable modding in the Fallout 4 files themselves. This can be done by going to the Fallout 4 folder under your documents/my games/ on your PC. Add the fillowing to the 'Fallout4Custom.ini file, or create the file if you do not see it:

Once this has been added, you just need to start the game through the Nexus Mod Manager and your mods should be available in game now.
