Frost was not there. It was a combined task force, Delta Force and Task 141 (Disavowed), but not all members from the Delta Force were there. In the end, three of the four Team Metal members (Grinch, Truck, and Sandman) died, but Frost was not in the combined task force.

Recently I was thinking about what the Call of Duty after Black ops 4 will be, my guess is Modern Warfare 4. The main reason I think this is because Infinity Ward is basically out of options, Ghosts and IW didnt go over well with the community even though Ghosts was not a terrible game.

(Assuming there is a campaign) The game could be set in the five year gap between CoD 4 and MW2, because there is so many opportunities. They could put in all of our favorite characters, Price, Soap, Ghost, Roach, etc. The game could follow up on the ending of CoD 4 and the rise of Makarov and end with Operation Kingfish. Another potential setting is the counter attack on the Russians after Price kills Makarov and Price leads a counter attack with Frost and the Ranger's from MW2. This one is less likely and is a bit of a stretch.
